Products

We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen's display is accurate. Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

BrowLift 4D® is a cosmetic product. As with any cosmetic, we recommend a patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Always follow the usage instructions provided.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll issue a full refund. Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until your order is dispatched.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the BrowLift 4D® name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or site. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.
